Plants grows well when they have access to air and water. However, the soil that they are in is too dry and compacted, which blocks air and water to get to the roots of plants. Red Wiggler are here to save the day now! They overturn the soil to increase the amount of air by and water that gets into the soil and provide castings that are a very valuable type of fertilizer.
Instructions on how to add to lawn/garden/composters
Calculate the area in square meters or yards, work on 3 or 4 holes per yard/meter, dig out a trowel depth hole, add a bit of water and compost, pop in a pinch or so of worms, roughly dividing up the weight or quantity of worms purchased by the number of holes dug, always then cover over the hole with the soil.
Don’t spread Red Wigglers on the surface or the birds will have a field day 😊.
